Q: How do I reserve a conference room?

Q: How do I request a service call?

A: Through the building app.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?

A: Through the building app or call our management office at 571.378.1287.

Q: Where can my visitors park?

A: The parking garage allows daily parkers. Daily rates will apply.

Q: Where can I park/store my bike?

A: Bicycle parking/storage is available for tenant and visitor use on the P4 level of the parking garage.

Q: Where can I smoke?

A: The designated smoking area for Boro Tower is to the left of the loading dock exit.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?

A: Unfortunately, space heaters are not permitted at the building due to the additional electrical load they draw and potential fire concerns. Please let the management team know if you are experiencing hot or cold conditions, and we can adjust your space temperature as needed.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating, and/or air conditioning?

A: All requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the building app at least 24 hours in advance of the desired timeframe.
